Product definition and technical specifications This REDOX kit gathers the 4 silicone hoses needed to replace the rubber breather lines of your Peugeot 309 GTI 8V (cam-cover breather, vent line, crankcase return, filler-neck link). Multilayer VMQ silicone, 4 mm wall (3 plies) with a dedicated inner layer designed for prolonged exposure to hot oil mist. Continuous operating range from -50 °C to +200 °C. Stays flexible over time, no hardening, no sweating through the walls. Stainless clamps included so the kit installs directly in place of the original hoses, with no engine bay modification.

Applications and compatible models Developed exclusively for the Peugeot 309 GTI 8V fitted with the 1.9-litre petrol XU9JA engine (130 hp non-catalysed, 120 hp catalysed version), built from 1986 to 1993. The XU9JA engine is shared with the Peugeot 205 GTI 1.9, so the oil breather routing is identical on both cars before 1991. Not suitable for the 309 GTI 16V (XU9J4 engine), which uses a different layout.

OEM references of the original hoses replaced The kit covers the original oil breather hoses on the XU9JA engine, whose documented manufacturer references are: 1180.58, 1180.59, 1180.C4, 1192.46 and 1192.60. Shapes and dimensions are reproduced close to original so the hoses slide onto the stubs and metal pipes without strain.
