Custom silicone hose fabrication from 3D files and 2D drawings

Unit fabrication package for a custom REDOX silicone hose, designed from a 3D file (STEP) and a dimensioned PDF drawing supplied by the customer. VMQ multilayer silicone, -60 °C to +180 °C. Made to order, EU shipping within 48 h after validation.

Custom silicone hose fabrication
One-off production service for a silicone hose built from customer-supplied technical files. Suited to prototypes, small series, vintage vehicle retrofits or specific industrial applications where no standard hose fits.
Required order documents
- 3D model in STEP format (.stp / .step)
- Dimensioned 2D PDF drawing with inner diameters, developed lengths, bend radii and angles
- Service pressure, temperature range, fluid
- Required volume (prototype, series)
Technical characteristics of the produced hose
- Material: multilayer VMQ silicone
- Reinforcement: 3- or 4-ply polyester fabric per spec
- Temperature range: -60 °C to +180 °C (up to +200 °C with FVMQ inner layer for oil)
- Standard colour: red; other RAL colours on request
- R REDOX marking
Production process
Feasibility study, quotation validation, vulcanisation tooling prep, hand-wound build then oven curing, dimensional QA and shipping.
Packaging
Hose supplied in clear plastic bag labelled with customer reference and barcode.
