    REDOX has developed its range of stainless steel DASH hoses with the best components and industrial processes to guarantee high pressure applications, with corrosive liquids, anti-shear safety and fire resistance.

    REDOX has chosen the CPE (Chlorinated PolyEthylene) material offering resistance to E85 ethanol that traditional NBR (Nitrile Butyl Rubber) hoses do not allow. It is a PVC polymer (increased rigidity) alloyed with 34 to 44% chlorine (increased flexibility) and some flammable polymers offering high resistance to hydrocarbons as well as fire resistance.

    This material is associated with a braiding of grade 304 stainless steel wires ensuring robustness to pressure without oxidation. and this same material is taken to the outside to protect against shearing.
