The 4-ply VMQ/polyester multi-layer construction provides 5mm total wall thickness ensuring robustness and longevity. VMQ silicone delivers superior temperature resistance compared to standard rubber hoses, whilst polyester reinforcement maintains structure under pressure. Metal rings integrated into the corrugated structure prevent hose collapse.

Each end features a 76mm smooth section facilitating connection with standard hose clamps. The 80mm internal diameter suits engine cooling applications and industrial systems requiring high flow rates.
