REDOX 2-hose silicone kit for the turbo intercooler air circuit (turbo → intercooler → manifold) on Alfa Romeo 147 and Alfa Romeo GT in 1.9 JTDM 150 hp 16V trim (937A5.000 Multijet Common Rail, 2005-2010). 305 Nm at 2000 rpm. Post-turbo charge air reaches up to 180 °C and EGR + PCV recycle oil vapours and exhaust gases into intake — standard VMQ would soften, hence the mandatory FVMQ fluorosilicone inner liner (Class A chemical resistance up to +200 °C). 2 hoses covering turbo-to-intercooler (hot side, oil vapours) and intercooler-to-manifold (cold side but still PCV-exposed). Mandrel-moulded to OEM Alfa/Fiat geometry. Multi-layer VMQ outer, polyester reinforcement, 5 mm wall, -50/+200 °C, 65-75 Shore A. W4 stainless clamps included. On ageing 147/GT JTDM, OEM hoses blister and collapse under vacuum — frequent cause of P0299 underboost faults. Definitive solution, suited to chip-tuned vehicles.
