The REDOX 6-piece silicone coolant hose kit has been developed specifically for the Peugeot 206 S1600 Super 1600, a dedicated rally competition vehicle. This kit provides a complete replacement for all coolant hoses in the original cooling circuit.

Each hose is made from 3-ply VMQ silicone with a 4 mm wall thickness. The material withstands continuous operating temperatures from -50°C to +180°C, at a working pressure of 3 bar and a burst pressure of 15 bar. The kit is supplied with stainless steel clamps. Direct-fit installation, no mechanical modifications required. Available in black and blue.

Applications and Compatible Vehicles

This kit is exclusively compatible with the Peugeot 206 S1600 / Super 1600, a front-wheel-drive naturally aspirated rally car competing in the JWRC (Junior World Rally Championship) and the French Rally Championship from 2001 onwards. The vehicle is powered by the TU5JP4 engine: 4-cylinder inline, 16 valves, 1587 cc displacement, 210 hp, 9000 rpm maximum.

This kit is not compatible with the road-going 206 S16 or 206 RC variants.
