REDOX 6-hose silicone kit for the oil / engine breather circuit on PEUGEOT 405 MI16 1.9 16V (XU9J4 160 hp naturally aspirated, 1987-1992). On this high-performance 16-valve engine, the oil circuit is exposed to hot oil vapours and crankcase breathing — hence the mandatory FVMQ fluorosilicone inner liner resistant to hydrocarbons.

6 mandrel-moulded hoses to OEM geometry: crankcase breather, cylinder head breathers, catch tank link, oil manifold returns. Plug-and-play.

Why FVMQ is mandatory

Standard VMQ degrades on contact with hot oil vapours (swelling, loss of elasticity, leaks). FVMQ shows Class A chemical resistance to aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons.
