The Virage being a low-volume Aston Martin Lagonda model, OEM rubber hoses are no longer available new — REDOX mandrel reproduction (MDC process) is often the only way to keep a Virage on the road.

MDC reproduction process

This reference is built through the MDC (Made-on-Demand-Customer) process: geometry replicated from customer drawing or used sample. Custom mandrel kept in REDOX archives for future identical re-orders.
