REDOX 4-hose silicone kit for the cooling circuit of the Peugeot 106 S16 Phase 1 in L3 configuration without Modine water/oil cooler (TU5J4 / NFX 1.6 L 16-valve 120 hp at 6600 rpm, 145 Nm at 5200 rpm, chassis 106 II type 1A_/1C_, 1996-1998).
The 106 S16 has two main water-circuit layouts called L3 and L4 by REDOX, and some versions include a Modine water/oil cooler. These variants use different hose layouts — this kit is specific to L3 layout without Modine. Verify the absence of the Modine cooler before ordering (Peugeot OPR repair register reference).
4 hoses covering main TU5J4 cooling links without Modine: upper radiator, lower radiator, expansion tank breather, heater feed. Mandrel-moulded to OEM geometry.
On 25+ year-old 106 S16, OEM rubber hoses are almost all hardened or leaking at the expansion tank. VMQ offers long-term thermal stability, shape memory, ozone/UV resistance. Suited to the high-revving TU5J4 (6600 rpm).
Kit supplied with W4 stainless clamps. Plug-and-play.
