  • Product Definition and Technical Specifications

    The REDOX kit 1137 consists of 2 air intake hoses specifically designed for the Alfa Romeo 156 2.4 JTD 150hp (engine code 841 C000, from March 2002 to September 2005). They replace the factory rubber hoses that, over time, crack, harden and cause pressure losses in the turbo diesel circuit.

    These hoses are made from multi-layer VMQ silicone with a wall thickness of 5mm across 4 reinforcement plies. They withstand temperatures from -50°C to +180°C in continuous service, fully covering the thermal conditions generated by the 2.4 JTD engine even under intensive use. The smooth inner surface promotes optimal airflow and reduces pressure losses compared to the original rubber hoses, which deform under pressure and shrink with age.

    The kit is supplied complete with hose clamps. Fitment is plug-and-play with no modifications to the vehicle. Available in three colours: black (discreet), blue or red.
