REDOX double hump silicone shock absorber hose (with 2 spherical humps) inside diameter 76 mm, length 150 mm, with FVMQ fluorosilicone inner liner. Used on turbo-to-intercooler or engine driveline links where vibrations and misalignments must be absorbed while resisting hot oil vapours.

Double hump geometry

The 2 humps along the length allow the hose to flex and absorb: vibrations, slight misalignments between turbo and intercooler, thermal expansion in operation. Standard solution on twin-turbo race preparations and high-performance engines.

Why FVMQ is mandatory

This geometry is mostly used on turbo/intake circuits where PCV oil vapours are present. Standard VMQ degrades against hydrocarbons — FVMQ inner liner shows Class A chemical resistance up to +200 °C continuous.
