The REDOX kit contains 6 multi-layer VMQ/FVMQ silicone coolant hoses, purpose-built to replace the complete set of original water hoses on the Peugeot 505 Turbo Injection. VMQ/FVMQ silicone delivers thermal resistance from -50°C to +180°C — far beyond the original natural rubber, which swells, cracks and eventually fails under heat and pressure cycles. The multi-layer construction ensures sustained pressure resistance and exceptional service life. Every kit ships complete with properly sized stainless steel hose clamps.

Applications and Compatible Models

This kit is designed for the Peugeot 505 Turbo Injection in all variants produced from 1983 to 1989:

• Engine N9T — 2.2 L Turbo Garrett T3, 150 hp (1983–1984), Bosch L-Jetronic injection, no intercooler
• Engine N9TE — 2.2 L Turbo Garrett T3, 160 hp (1984–1985), with air-to-air intercooler and knock sensor
• Engine N9TEA — 2.2 L Turbo, 180 hp (1985–1989), with water-cooled turbocharger and long-ratio gearbox

OEM References for Original Coolant Hoses

The Peugeot original coolant hoses replaced by this kit include in particular part numbers 1343.78 and 1351.16, corresponding to the cooling circuit hoses of the N9T, N9TE and N9TEA engines. These references apply to versions fitted with a water-cooled turbocharger (160 and 180 hp).
